The Salt Exchange is a contemporary American Bistro and Bourbon Bar serving seasonal ingredients prepared to order. Utilizing fresh, local ingredients, Chef Adam White presents a focused core menu of American comfort foods offered at lunch and dinner. Daily specials include sustainably harvested Gulf of Maine fish and farmer’s market fare. The bar offers an extensive selection of premium American whiskeys in addition to a full selection of other spirits, seasonal Bourbon cocktails, Maine draft beers, and an eclectic food friendly wine list. Tables are comfortably spaced with a “modern meets traditional” ambiance, open kitchen, and revolving regional art exhibit.
